We met like most people do now a days, through social media. Both of us being a part of so many wedding vendor groups throughout Maine, we kept coming across each other’s names, until one day, we had finally met through a bride Missy was doing hair for and I was doing makeup for. Before the trial, Missy got my number from the bride and reached out to chat. After a lengthy hour-long phone call, we instantly hit it off!
In our industry, it can be hard to truly find someone you not only get along well with, but can also work seamlessly with. To say that we do both effortlessly would be an understatement.

Since we kept referring brides to one another, we finally decided to "make it official". We started Bridal Artistry in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. To say we were nervous about the wedding industry as a whole would be an understatement! But once things slowly became "the new normal", we pushed on and started to grow. We booked more weddings than ever, averaging 35-45 a year, and of course got the opportunity to meet some seriously amazing brides and bridal parties along the way! From doing weddings fully masked with social distancing guidelines and strict sanitation standards, to where we are today has helped us to grow not just as a business but most importantly as partners in GLAM!

Missy is a seasoned hair stylist with 35 + years experience doing everything from color to cuts and of course, bridal styling! So over the years, you can say she's seen it all!
Missy recently built her dream home in Woolwich Maine with her husband, David and Labradoodle, Maddie (who will most likely greet you at the salon during your trial)! She runs her freshly built salon out of her beautiful home and lucky for her never has to face traffic to get to her "office"!

She found her true niche in bridal hair and styling. She focuses on working exclusively with brides and members of your bridal party to create a look that truly fits you and everything you dreamed about for your big day. From the finest details to the finishing touches, Missy ensures that you love every last strand of your look on your wedding day!

Haley is a licensed esthetician and makeup artist specializing in natural bridal glam. She started her makeup career on Cape Cod 15 years ago. In 2021, they relocated to the Western Maine Mountains in Fryeburg. She lives with her husband, Nick, five-year old son Riley and their newest addition, six month old son, Jackson.

She carries out her love of bridal makeup by listening to each of your concerns and fine tuning your look.

Her specialty is the “no makeup-makeup” look, and "natural glam", focusing on accentuating the features you love the most about yourself and of course, hiding the ones that you don’t! Haley works with the bride(s) and bridal party to create a cohesive and elegant look for your wedding day.
