Cancellation Policy

** There is a $75 booking fee due upon creating your appointment which can be paid to us via Venmo, these payment details will be attached in your original email that we sent you. This fee "holds" your spot with us for your trial appointment. The fee will be DEDUCTED from the trial cost total (per your contract with us). If you must cancel within ONE WEEK (7 days) of your appointment, your booking fee is non-refundable and upon re-booking, you will be asked to pay this fee again. If you have an emergency, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss any concern about the forfeiture of your booking fee and make additional arrangements. We understand that our "trial season" takes place in the winter months, so if weather is an issue (i.e. snow storms, dangerous driving conditions, loss of power due to storms) we will reach out to you prior to your trial and if WE (Missy or Haley) need to cancel/postpone your trial for any reason (i.e. sickness, weather, family emergency) you will not be held responsible for paying an additional booking fee.**
